management/landlord
We have
recently been contacted by one of your tenants regarding the installation of a
satellite television system. In
consideration of their desire as well as your interest in protecting your
property from any permanent damage, we are submitting this permission letter for
your approval.
At
ComOcean Satellites we strive to please the customer as well as protect your
property. We offer various types of
non-penetrating, non-permanent dish mounts.
Cabling can be non obtrusive as well with the use of thin flat cable
manufactured to go under doors or windows without drilling.
In order
to serve your tenant and maintain the appearance of your property, we are
requesting any particular guidelines or regulations you may have regarding the
installation of a satellite system. If
you are unfamiliar with installation techniques, please contact us for any
information you may need in establishing rules and guidelines for your property.
ComOcean Satellites specializes in “camouflaging” dishes so they
cannot be readily seen.
Please
give us any guidelines you would like us to follow in writing so that we may
keep them on file with your consent. ComOcean
Satellites will not install the system for your tenant without your written
permission. It is our goal to
mutually satisfy you and your client.

This agreement is made and executed this _______day of ________, ______(year) by and between ____________________(landlord or association), and _________________________ (tenant) granting permission to have a satellite dish installed at _______________________________(house number & Street name), located in ____________________________(city, state, zip code).
The
above named Landlord/Association agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ComOcean
Satellites for the installation of a satellite system at the above named
address. The Landlord/Association
and Tenant both acknowledge that a site survey has been performed and the
Landlord/Association and Tenant have agreed to proposed installation
and are within the zoning requirements. The Landlord/Association and
Tenant agree to allow ComOcean Satellites to alter the property in order for the
system to be installed. The Tenant assumes all responsibility and liability for
the installation, operation and maintenance of the system. It is understood that
the Tenant and the Landlord/Association have full knowledge of all aspects and
liabilities from the installation of such a system and that the system shall be
the personality of the Tenant and is not to be considered a fixture or otherwise
be construed as the personal property of the Landlord/Association.
